RedEye Brand Bloody Mary Mix
RedEye Capenchana (spicy shrimp cocktail)
2 cups peeled and cooked shrimp
1 large soft avocado
1 cup chopped green onions
2 jalapenos (chopped)
1 cup chopped cilantro
3 limes
1 liter RedEye Original (Habanero for spicier)

Dice cooked shrimp (can add cooked crab as well). Dice the avocado and combine with shrimp, jalapenos, onions and cilantro in a mixing bowl. Pour enough RedEye to cover and mix gently, being careful not to crush the avocado. Squeeze in the juice from two limes. Spoon into a parfait glass or other steware.
