1 lb. sausage (any variety will work) 2 cups RedEye Bloody Mary Mix

Brown sausage in skillet, drain off excess fat and toss in fresh tomatoes, onion and bell pepper. Saute for approx. 5 min. Transfer to large sauce pan and add the rest of ingredients. Bring to boil and then simmer for 30 min.
