Soften gelatin over RedEye for about 5 minutes. Heat 1/2 vegetable juice in saucepan. Add taco seasoning. Stir and bring to boil. Add to softened gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add Remaining vegetable juice. Pour into 5 1/2 cup molds. Chill to set. Unmold at serving time and serve with sliced cucumbers, salad, greens and mayonnaise.
